Personal Property: Seller to convey personal property located on the leased premises, including but not limited to tanks, pump jacks, motors, injection pumps, tubing, rods, and other equipment used in the daily operations for the production of oil and/or gas, unless specifically reserved. Seller shall convey all personal property through a bill of sale.
Terms: 10% (or other accepted amount) escrow deposit due on the date of contract acceptance, 6% buyers premium due at closing, closing to occur as soon as necessary documents are prepared.
