JR has about SssK in equity on the bikes and
owes about Srzsr. some of the bikes are upside down in the sense that more is owed than what they
are worth' The asking price does not include the motorcycles. A buyer may purchase whichever bikes he wishes by paying Bike Owner for his equity and assuming the loans. Bike owner will pay off any amount of loans on whichever bikes that are upside down to the extent that the remaining loan balance will equal the current value of the motorcycle.
